Terms and Conditions
Whichever package you have chosen, we aim to have it uploaded and live on the internet within 2 weeks, but this can only be achieved with your assistance with the following:
Step 1) Report and analysis
Upon receiving your order, we will analyse your website and compile a report showing where you are currently ranked in Google with your keywords. The report will also show where we will be making improvements to your website.
Step 2) FTP details
To enable us to start optimising your site we need access to your pages, so you will need to supply us with your website FTP details. If you are unable to supply us with FTP details, please contact us.
Step 3) Website back up
We will create a back up of your current website in its original state. This is only so we can re-upload your original website if for any reason you want to cancel the service.
Step 4) Optimise website
We will carry out the optimisation depending on which solution package you have chosen.
Step 5) Upload website
Using the FTP details you have supplied us with, we will upload your newly optimised website.
Start seeing results
You should start seeing results on your website ranking in google within 6 to 12 weeks. We are unable to give a set time as to when you will start seeing results as we (and no other SEO company) have no control as to when Google will crawl your website. Websites on average are crawled by Google once every 6 to 12 weeks.
Once Google does come across your website and is made aware of who your company is and what services or products you offer, it should then start to list you in relevant searches.
Refund and cancellation terms
If after 12 weeks, there as been no improvement with your website rankings in Google, you are entitled to a full refund and your website will be re-uploaded in its original state from when we took a back-up, before any optimisation work was undertaken.
However SEO is a process which can for some websites take time so we recommend that you persist with the SEO package for at least 6 months.
If you want to cancel your service for any other reason which is not a reflexion of the undertaken optimisation work, we will re-upload your website in its original state from when we took a back-up copy, but you will not be entitled to a refund.
