• less demolition and repairs to walls, hardwoods, sub floor and ceilings
• less pad/cushion replacement and less carpet to install
• less electricity (30 - 35 amp total), one day - geneators are not usualy required
• ALE’s - additional living expenses
• the longer its wet, the more it smells and takes longer to replace
